For the 1.25V reg, it won't output enough current. the 1.25V voltage line will require 3.1A. For the 2.5V and 5V line, it should work. Finally, the 1.75V can work, but it will be unstable. Its recommended to use a linear regulator. For my setup, I'm using two PTH regs, one PTR reg and a LP38691DTX-1.9/NOPB. The last reg outputs 1.8V, but it's close enough to the 1.75V line.

Are TI regs difficult for you to get? I know in some places, they're difficult to obtain.

That's tough. To be honest, your best option is to do the standard trim. you can use a 7.4V battery pack to power the board and have one reg for the 5V line.
