I finally finished my Ashida!

It was a journey to get here. I had made a full attempt last year, and hit a few issues with transient shorts on two successive trim attempts. I finally got all the way to wiring everything up, just to find out that at some point, I must have fried the battery input with an accidental short as I couldn't get the PMS to recognize batteries, no matter what I did.

At that point, I took a long break from the project, came back to it a couple weeks ago, ordered a new PMS, re-wired everything up a lot more carefully, and now I have a fully functioning portable!
