Solved Pas de signal ps2 advance trim (encore une fois....)

Hi, today I did some advanced cutting on a PS2 motherboard.

I just tested it, and there's no signal.

The main components are getting hot.

I tested all the voltages:

Yellow: 1.25V
Purple: 1.75V
Red: 2.5V
Green: 3.5V

The console draws approximately 1.5 amps when it is on and 0.4 amps when it is off.

Does anyone have any ideas?

A missing wire, perhaps?

Try connecting to pin 6 on the board as according to this diagram instead:

See if that works. If not, you might need to run a wire from the video chip directly (use thin-gauge wire)
 
I think i might have figured it out.
You haven't wired all the voltage wires up.
You removed the two ICs as instructed, but didn't reconnect the power.
The top left (bottom right in your pictures) is missing 1.75v
