. Almost all of the info you need is on the forums somewhere. As to power for the wii, the trimming guide tells you where to supply power to the trimmed board and what voltages you'll need. That requires custom regulators and there is a separate guide for those.
If you choose not to trim it, the power brick supplies it with 12v. Depending on what voltage the onboard regulators need, you could either use a 12v or 14.8v battery, but you'll need to look into that more to make sure it's okay
