Question Is 4layer tech still operating?

I noticed that all the 4 layer tech items are sold out and was wondering if they will re-stock. I am doing an ashida wii build for school and am on a time crunch. If they are not going to re stock is there any way to get the files or are they not opensource. So I could get them made by pcb way or somewhere else.
