That's a custom title. They're granted to staff and users who have either been around for a fair while and are well known, or do something memey that's worth giving them a title. Like the time Jeff broke BitBuilt by making a post on another site that brought too much traffic to the forum and crashed it. It was a good meme, so he got a title for that. I got mine for just being the resident Australian.
