Hili's Xii Boy Ultra

I finally finished my Xii Boy Ultra and I'm glad that it turned out pretty good. I'm sorry that this isn't a real worklog but I'm really not good at writing those.
Here are some pictures of the building process:

As with every Wii Portable it starts with the bare mainboard and marking the cutting lines.

After cutting, sanding and removing unnecessary parts it looks a little something that.

Trimmed mainboard with installed Xii-Flex and Xii Strip.

I cut the 55x30mm copper plate from a 100x100mm plate which I also used for the GC Nano. Third picture shows the analog triggers with 3D printed buttons.

Internals from the bottom and top half. I used LiitoKala Lii King 4000 batteries (I know I will get hate for that) but I tested the capacity beforehand and they look legit.

Hey look it's BMO from Adventure Time. This is how it looks when it's finished.
I printed the case myself with Elegoo PLA Matte Teal Green and I think it came out great.

A big thanks goes out to @Xenii for his amazing work on this project. I really like the laminated screen as it looks much more premium.

Xenii has reported some mild issues with the fan making noise. Do you have that as well?
How long is the battery life with those cells?

Yes the fan makes some whine noise when it's not spinning. I just set the fan speed to the max as it isn't very loud anyway.
I didn't really test the battery life yet but I can do that in the next days.

You can be proud of you, this looks truly gorgeous, and it gives me the motivation to build more colored consoles.
