Discussion good videos on circuitry design?

I'm putting my Wii micro project on hold until I finish my current b0xx project. But I've always been into circuitry design but I never understood anything. I've watched the Electronics 101 videos and I understand the concepts, and can understand some basic schematics (and have even made them in KiCad), but when it comes to taking the schematic and making a circuit, I am lost. I've tried to follow a video or two from YouTube showing off KiCad but I never understood it much - how all the layers work (soldermask, etc), how vias and holes work, where ground is, etc. Do you guys have any good videos on PCB design?

forgot to mention i have a breadboard and some wires but I don't have any components to mess around with. but I'm just looking into understanding circuitry in general
