Hallo everyone.

After building 3 wii portables (gboy, gwii and ashida) and a tinytendo the next step was my favorite console, the n64.

It has to be a pal version cause I life in Germany and my game library are all pal games.

Ram swap was successfully.

I used the advance trim guide and wired all together. (Picture after trim is attached)

Used also the flex wire to connect the cardrigde port.

Sadly no picture was shown and no sound. (i know that on the first 3 pictures the cpu 57 wire is missing, after noticing i wired it up)

After that I measured all connections continuity with the advance trim schematics. All fine.

Is it possible that the pal version has some other wiring on pin 8 of the pif relocation or other connections
?

Is done some measuring on an not trimmed n64 pal and the pins 7 from ic u7 and u15 arent connected directly together on the untrimmed motherboard.

Last picture is online to show the entire used parts.
On these picture i don't connect the batterie positiv side to the powerboard and also opened the connections from u7 to u15 pads 7 to the pif relocation board to do some test measuring.

If pictures aren't good enough I will make some more.

Hope someone has done an successful pal n64 and can help me.

Its ALIVE!!!!!!!
Just had to remove the two wires which going to pif pin 8.
And the composit signal is also on another through hole.
Rest is like the ntsc guide.

Now have to build a working n64 amp. First try no sound.
