Question dcp power skill issue

i have been trimming this dreamcast mother over the past few days and now that ive done most of the relocations and its worked so far i have gotten to the part where i need to consider how im going to power this thing.
i removed some of the onboard regulators(the ones shown on nolds trimming guide) and im not very sure if i should replace them with something or if thats handeled by a custom regulator or something???

please help me im very confused and ive been at this all night
