Do I need the Bluetooth module if I have bb loader on my g-boy to connect Wii motes? and can i boot into system menu as well?

You can't connect Wiimotes without the bluetooth module. You can only emulate them with GC2Wiimote

Ok but for games that i cant use GC2Wiimote can i boot into system menu on the g-boy to connect the wii mote?

You need the Bluetooth module because that's what the wii mote connects to. Without it there is nothing to connect to.
