I don't have a power adapter I can put in with it (that I know of), so it is just the unit itself.

The trim is a little far in so one of the mounting holes for the heatsink is gone, but 3/4 screws to hold it down is still more than fine.

I'm wanting $250 for it, but I would not be opposed to negotiating.

Good price. You could try listing it on Etsy too, since that platform would be more geared to that sort of thing from what I have seen.
