BitBuilt Welcome Thread!

Hi guys, I'm new here. :)
I've wanted to learn electronics since I saw Shank's gamecube joycons a few years ago, and now that I've taken a few college courses I think I finally built up the courage to start building an Ashida. I'm a complete noob to this, so it's scary, but I'll try to document everything.
I'm also a big retro racing fan so I plan on making a PS2 portable for gran turismo.

Hi everyone!
I have experience with modding and repairing consoles and other electronics, but I'm new to modding consoles from scratch.

I have few mods in mind, like:
- Giving Gameboy clones an IPS screen (I have to figure out how convert signals to ips screen)
- Redesigning Supervision consoles (new 3d printed Shell, new IPS or backlight screen, battery mod and much more)
- Creating kit that turns cheap famiclones (that mostly play famicom cartriges) to consoles that could play Famicom and Nes cartrigdes, USB-C Charging and much more.

I hope I can meet some amaizing people here, and get some inspiration for future projects!

Hello! I’m from Brazil, and I’m building a portable inspired by the Ashida, but it’s not an original Ashida. I’m developing my own project based on similar ideas, with my own design and custom adjustments.
I’d like to ask for the community’s help, since it’s harder to find some components and materials here in Brazil to complete the project.
