so, I'm making a battery pack with 18650s and I'm pretty sure I hooked 'em up right, as my mini chinese LED display rates the batteries at 8.06V (confirmed working from my old pack).

But for whatever reason, my batteries won't charge. After reconnecting the the b- to b-, and the b+ to b+, and connecting the + terminal of b2 and the - terminal of b3 to BMD (Battery middle, not Binary MoDel. this isn't a GameCube portable :p) with 2 different charge circuits, I assumed that the problem was with my fuse.

After replacing the fuse, I still had nothing denoting charge. what do?

can you post each parts that might give us a clue and also a schematic drawing, it's not super clear what your wiring is.

The battery gauge is supposed to be connected to P+ and P-, not the cells themselves.

my batteries are wired exactly like so.

my charger is: http://www.all-battery.com/TLP2000-...W1arKnB-yv47gFIyX-jtyh6Y_COAasrBoCMLIQAvD_BwE

my charge circuit is: https://www.batteryjunction.com/pcb...V8z2eMuS6ToCJfvhJMUb2ZWLglHP6YrhoCybAQAvD_BwE

I have used the "same" products from them in my 14.8v battery pack, so I know that their stuff should work.

try linking both "cells" (b1,b2 and b3,b4) together and then adding one wire from bm to the cell link.

your circuit seems fine, although like @Stitches said do remove the chinese led screen from both cells, doesn't go there and will affect the current

I gave up with this board/charger combo and am using the............(drum roll)
Protection Circuit Module (PCM) with Equilibrium Function & Fuel Gauge for 14.8V Li-Ion Battery Pack at 10A limit

thanks to everyone who helped me out with this.
