Worklog Basic ashida worklog

A while ago my case arrived.So I thought that I should start a worklog about my project. I already got my case, disassembled a broken Gamecube controller I had lying around and also diassembled the wii I bought for this project for this project. I still need the boards from 4layertech and some other parts, but I have a "problem". Since I live in Germany the shipping costs are kinda problematic. For all the things I need to get from digikey it is worth it, but I would prefer to not pay over 20€ for the volume control wheel.
In short: Does anyone here know how if there is a way to get these components without paying 20€ shipping costs.
Help is greatly appreciated.

Just the wheel? It's a generic part, so you can probably find local stock if you search for "3-pin B103 10k" wheel pots

Most of the parts listed in the various BOMs can be found elsewhere by searching the part numbers
