Question Ashida drop from 100% to 41% after charger removal

Hi,
I got a problem with my ashida and need help. Since today after I remove my charger on my ashida, it drops directly down to 41% what could the issue be? I have a PMS Lite and PMS PD 3.

Assuming it's not going any higher than 41%? If that's the case, I'm thinking towards maybe a bad cell or something possibly
Are you able to open it up and measure the voltage of your batteries?

Maybe worth noting, but might not be your issue if this isn’t a recent build - I had a weird one-off in one build using the PMS-Lite. Plugging in the charger either made everything freak out, misread, or crashed the entire system. Adding an extra ground wire from B- to the wii resolved that problem in my case.

As kowabungus said, it would be wise to remove your cells and check their current voltage. That will tell if it's the PMS under-reporting or a cell fault.

Photos of the cell and PMS wiring would also be useful
 
As stated above, it's definitely worth checking the voltage on the cells. But I suspect what might be happening here is that the PMS may need to calibrate properly with the cells. I've had weird battery behavior before similar to this where the battery percentage being output isn't accurate to the actual battery life. The way I've been able to fix this is by setting the mAh in the PMS settings in RVLoader to be inaccurate and then saving the settings and then immediately setting it back to be accurate again. This usually results in the battery percentage reading being corrected. This is of course assuming that you set the mAh to properly reflect your batteries in RVLoader already.
 
I used the Vapcell F60 6250mAh batteries. I now changed them back to Samsung E50 and recharged them after a full shutdown on low battery. Now it works perfectly again. I checked the vapcell f60 with a multimeter and they both had 4,2V so they where fully charged. They worked for like 10 charging cycles maybe one cell break down after it get's load on it. But I put both away and reuse the Samsung E50 ones. I think the Vapcell are bigger but have a higher voltage sag, what causes this issue over time.
