Question 6-layer wii turns on in 20 seconds

Hello I cut a 6-layer wii but something very strange happened to me, the wii takes approximately 20 seconds to turn on and when it turns on it goes very well it does not turn off and it is fluid, but I do not know why it takes time to turn on the voltages are fine and The u10 is well placed, I have already tested it several times, what can it be?

Long boot times could mean USB or U10 issues.

Double check that the U10 via is connected well to the correct spot on the board. The U10 via is in a different spot between the 4 and 6 layer board so make sure you've referenced the correct guide as well.
Would be a good idea to send pics of the back of the board as well
