Hello,
I´ve ran into some problems while relocationg my u10 (U9)

After one of the important legs broke off while desoldering the U10 I used the U9.
Unfortunately on the U9 i desoldered, part of the plastic case popped off.

I decided to still try soldering the u9 in. After i soldered the Wire from the leg of the U9 to the GPU via It still wouldnt work.
I used the U10 troubleshooting guide on the forum and due to my motherboard not being trimmed yet, i bridged the 2 pads on the old U9´s location and noticed this strange behaviour:

When plugging in the power cable the LED on the Wii stayed red, after pressing it it turned green but it wouldnt output video.

After i tried measuring if there is any voltage coming to the gpu via the wii suddenly booted.
So bridging the wire going to the via to ground with the multimeter voltage measurement made it boot.

So could it be:
the U10s (U9) just isnt worrking anymore and what ic could i use instead that is available online.
the wire isnt soldered correctly to the via?
...

Thanks for your suggestions.
Greetings from Germany
Leon
