So I was following the Wii basic trimming guide manual and I got to step 4 trimming preperations. After removing the regulators I didn’t think and tried to boot up my Wii and it didn’t show any signal. Is this just beacause I removed the regulators or did I damage it by turning it on without all the regulators? I might be just overreacting but it would be nice if anybody had an answer.

Since you've removed the regulators it became an open circuit so I don't think anything could be damaged.

No regulators = no power for the system. The 12v input from the Wii's power brick has nowhere to go, so nothing happening is expected behaviour. Assuming no mistakes are made during trimming, the system will boot when supplied the correct voltages via custom regulators
