Hello, I have got the Wii cut, and the regulators built. When I power on the screen and the Wii nothing happens. I have checked voltage and 1.15 reg is good, and 1v reg is good, however the 3.3V line shows .5mv. If I take the 3.3 volt line off and check it it's putting out 3.3V, Not...

so before I cut this board up, i wanted to try my new regulators, not sure where they are all, can someone point out what needs removed so I can test the new ones? Thanks
