Try relocating the 3.3v to the point above the GPU and test that for me please. Also, if you don't mind sharing... What is powering the regulators?

Long story short.... I got some regulators, but not the PTH8080s or anything. I got 3 FGSR12SR6003NA I am looking for some help with setting them up for the Wii voltages I can do this myself but I am rushed for time. hopefully I can get them setup before Sunday as I have a trip across country...
