Hey so I’m having an issue with wiring up the RVL-DD to my WiiSPii PMS. When powering on the Wii I end up with a split on my 3.3v line to my Wii and DD. Would this be specifically an issue with the SPii PMS not providing enough current therefore splitting the voltage? When I measure on the Wii to its ground I get around 1.19v. I have the DD wired directly to the same point on the Wii as I have the PMS wired up to, and I also have the GND wired up the same. I’ve tried wiring the DD 3.3v and GND directly to the PMS and have the same issue.

Would there be any solution to this? I know StonedEdge had made a flex pcb years ago for the direct drive so I had assumed it would work but this is making me wonder if it won’t with the current design.

Edit: nevermind Hall effect joycons were pulling the voltage down on my 3.3v line

I’ve found that my SPii PMS is only outputting 1.2v and the direct drive is buzzing with 3.3v and GND disconnected.
