Question Hot Air Rework Station - Best method and temperature to relocate U10

Hey Guys,

I got my Hot Air Rework Station today to desolder and relocate stuff more easily in the future.
Desoldering the U10, for example, sucks with a Soldering Iron.

Before I destroy the Board using too much heat or anything, what do you recommend?
What's the best method and temperature using the Hot Air Rework Station to relocate the U10, for example?

Add flux on the U10 pins and set the hot air gun to 350 °C
