The screw positions are already correct

Question is there a way to replace the rf unit with something like blue retro ? Because the rf unit takes up a lot of space....

If you want to save space and retain wireless function then he only option is to extend wires to the RF board and place it horizontally. If you are willing to go wired controller only, you dont even need the RF board connected at all for it to work. I did something simliar to you one of my off the wall projects where i placed my xbox 360 inside a clear acrylic case that came from a chocolate box lol. Amazingly the fit was perfect. What do you plan to use for cooling solution? Doesn't seem like you will be using the stock heatsink / fan.
