Solved VGA on 3.5" screen (JT035IPS02-V0)

I am not sure what I am doing wrong. I have the correct continuity on the board. I currently have red, H and V wired. I getting something on red just using AC voltage on a multimeter. I was getting a video on the 5" 4layertech board. Idk if I have to do something on the screen's menu or to enable it or what. I mentioned this board on the discord so I am just powering 5V to the barrel from pms-lite. I changed the source to VGA from HDMI, so It powers up, shows vga for a sec, shows no signal, and then the screen goes black.

Relative to other boards or relative to the silkscreen markings on the back?

Relative to the silkscreen, so wire V from the Wii to "H" on the driver board and vise versa.
