Hello all, I bought parts for this build months ago and I am just now getting into the build. I’ve softmodded my Wii to boot into RVLoader and patched out Wi-Fi and Bluetooth, etc. etc. the works. I’ve trimmed my Wii, and sanded away all the edges. I am using a PMS lite to test, and have soldered each voltage (1v, 1.15v, 1.8v, 3.3v) to its corresponding pad on the PMS. I have two ground wires from the PMS to the Wii and a button wired to a ground and the BTN pad. I did not swap the u5 for the U10, as I am under the impression that the PMS Lite emulates the U10, so I have wired from the U10 pad to the corresponding via on the underside of the wii.
For video output, I have wired a cable from the c57 via to the corresponding pin on the AV port as well as a ground wire. + and - pads have also been wired to a battery. When power is supplied to the Wii and I press the button, nothing happens. No signal on the TV. I believe that this is because I have modded my Wii for VGA and I am trying to output component. What do?

My resistances on the voltages are as follows. (all 3.3 readings taken on 20k ohms, all others on 200 ohms.

1v to ground: 100.7
1.15v to ground: 27
1.15v to 1v: 147
1.8v to ground: 36
1.8v to 1v: 129
1.8v to 1.15v: 83
3.3v to ground 13.8
3.3v to 1v: 14.4
3.3v to 1.15v: 13.8
3.3v to 1.8v: 7.25

I did my best to include all relevant information, please let me know if there is anything else I can provide. Thank you.

That soldering needs serious cleaning up before any guesswork can take place. There are wires with loose strands sticking out all which ways, and some very over-exposed solid core wires. Both of which are just begging to short against anything they can touch.

Thanks for your insight. I appreciate your willingness to help. I have done my best to tighten up the soldering. No frayed edges, and I decreased the amount of exposed wire on the solid core wires. Alas, no boot. Let the guesswork begin! I have little experience as you may've been able to tell, so it is possible I've bungled something irreparably. The Wii trim is quite a hurdle.
UPDATE:
I have engaged in critical thinking and some mild research, and I’ve realized that the 1.8v pad on the PMS is useless atm. Instead I need to wire up a 3.3 v to the 1.8v regulator on the Wii. The rest of the PMS is working fine. Resistance on the Wii is still fine.

Update 2: tried new wiring scheme, no power anywhere. Rechecking and redoing all wiring for a short
