Question Trim that leaves the USB and AV Port?

So im getting ready to trim my 4 layer Wii and was wondering if there was a trim that left the USB and AV Port working? I understand that cutting less of the board is harder to do but it would help me a lot with testing. I saw that @jefflongo built a Wii Micro that still had the USB and AV port in tact so maybe he can help?
Another quick question is accurate does the trim need to be? If im a couple of mm off of the line will that cause any issues?

You don't really have to worry about the trim when leaving the AV/USB ports. You pretty much just don't want to leave the on board regs on which is not on that side of the board. As for accuracy, just don't trim too far in and you'll be fine. You want to trim a little less than the line then sand down to the line.
