Question Trim Question

Hello, I've seen Shockslayer's "Guide" to Lmaov2 etc. and wondered wether the trim could be cut own a little more by cutting where ever the smalles line inwards is (see red line in picture) and if that would change anything/not work anymore about the trim.

The line on the right would be dangerously close to the RAM. I wouldn't recommend doing that. I don't see anything technically wrong with the other lines, it just looks like an odd trim.

thanks for the answer, the lines are all based off either the lmaov2 or regular lmao trims so i thought it would be alright, im just trying to save as much space as possible

I don't know if I should do another thread or post this here again, I saw something on the UltraWii Sakura Post with the Wii trimmed beyond the AVE to reduce the width to about 54mm I think and have to ask, how does that work? Is it because of the RVL-DD or does the Wii just not need the Ave? Or is there something I'm completely missing here?
