Hi all , long time not being here, and long time not doing any project. After a time without doing it, i want to come back doing something from scratch, this time with my own design.
Im doing some drafts in paper, and the idea is to make a PSVita shape with the wii system inside.
For that i will use a FDM printer for both sides , and a SLA printer for buttons and triggers.
For the buttons I already ordered a custom pcb for use carbon pads, and for the joysticks I also ordered a custom pcb with small flex conector for Joycon sticks.
trimming will be the standard trimm.
For the power supply, Ive ordered 20x RVL-PSU with it components for be soldered by me. For power the PSU I will use a standard 2S BMS from aliexpress ( the typical red board ) and x4 batteries , 2 on each side.
i would also love to receive suggestions by you guys, and also if you have any 3D repo like joycons, buttons, screens, that I could use in the 3D model would be lovely to receive them here.
