Does anyone have any info on this battery I searched online but couldn’t find much help.

it’s massive 3.6v lithium I don’t know if it’s rechargeable in the description I found online it says it’s a 70 hour battery.

we use this battery at work on our directional drill locator beacons, once they drain about 7 days later we toss it out.

here’s the battery next to a 18650 for size reference.

A google search for the battery you named yields a lot of results with "digitrak vermeer" in the name. Searching for "digitrak battery" yields some result for a battery named "ER261020" or "ER261020M".that's stated to be of "Lithium Thionyl Chloride (Li-SOCl2)" chemistry. The ER261020 dimensions on Alibaba listings look pretty close to the dimensions you provided. I've no idea what any of that stuff means, unfortunately, so assume I'm way off.

Hey thanks I couldn’t find anything useful when I searched, I’ll search some more with the info you provided. I’m guessing these are not rechargeable.

I just wanted to see if I can recharge it because I see it wasteful to just throw it out every week, I ain’t paying for them but still lol

Yeah they are not rechargeable. They're kinda the li-ion's equivalent of alkaline cells. Better shelf life, more energy density, but their chemistry means single use only.

If you try to charge one it will just detonate.
