Hello this is my first post so please forgive something that might be obvious.
After i trimmed my 6layer board for a wii micro build i wired up the voltage rails and forgot to bridge the 1.8v rails and powered on the device wondering why i wasn't getting any signal. noticing my mistake, i powered off my wii and connected the rails and i got video signal but its a black and white static like image flickering.
power supply is orignal wii power brick
