Can someone point me in the direction as maybe it's a naming/ placement error

I had the same problem what fixed it for me was reformating my USB and reinstalling RVLoader.

Are you certain that your drive is formatted as FAT32 with 32k cluster size?

Can you use NKIT isos?
No. The Wii can't decompress files on the fly. GC/Wii games must be uncompressed ISO/WBFS files. You can still trim the files to save space tho, trimmed images work perfectly fine

The .iso file in the folder must be named "game.iso". This must be done for all Gamecube games, or they won't shiow up in the list.

I tried that method, renaming every file to "game.iso" and still won't show up, here's what I have.

The folder name can be whatever you want, the actual ISO file has to be named "game".

I tested that method and still the game won't show up.

Make sure you have Show File Extensions enabled in your Files and Folders settings. You may have the file named "game.iso.iso" and it just isn't showing the last bit

Is it possible to change the game's code that goes to the cover? It would be nice for mods or other versions of the game

I have no idea how you'd change the ID for a separate modded version, but each regional version of the game has a different ID. The final letter in the ID denotes region

I already have enabled 'File extensions" and it reads "game.iso"

I think I made the structure a little too confusing.

The structure from your last screenshot is correct tho. I'm not sure what the issue could be.

That isn't an NKit processed ISO is it?

If you open the iso in Dolphin, it will show a warning box if it is
