You need to remove the 1.8v LDO, and I would also completely re-do your U10, it doesn't seem to be making a connection to me, though you did say that you redid it with flux. Also those components along the edge of the board on the top right might be shorting something out, but it's probably a non issue because your resistances were good. I'd remove them anyways though since it's really not a difficult thing to do.

Yea some of the people in the discord said to just get rid of the components but also said that it probably wasn’t the problem but I will when I get home tonight and I will also share the new u10 wire

How would you remove the 1.8v Ldo , most the videos I see do it before trimming and I’m not trying to take a dremel to it with all the wires

No, it's best to do after trimming. So you have two methods, one is with a soldering iron and one is with a hot air gun. Here's a guide that documents both methods.
If you have the tools, using a hot air gun would be best.
