I think maybe we should change it to the normal consoles (off) for no new posts, and then for unread do the N64 powered on with a cartridge in it, GC lid open and powered on, Wii with a disc in the drive and 3DS powered on, similar to how it is now but their normal colors.

Updated the GC and 3DS as I had those done already. I've got half the N64 done, and I need to do a disc for the Wii. Once they're done I'll post another screenshot.
