While screwing around in my English class, I noticed something weird about my hands, all of my finger joints line up in a circular arc. As soon as I got home I scanned my hand on a printer, here are the results:
Who knew scanners took such good photos!
After that I loaded it up into onshape quickly to confirm my therory, and indeed, they all lined up with the center point being around my palm.
I did a similar thing with my pinky finger and did a loft feature to combine the two and we end up with this:
after a couple iterations, I ended up with this:
...and It's quite comfortable! I think with a bit of fine tuning, this could be a very easy way to make comfortable portables!
