Question Magnet Wire - Do's and Don'ts?

Portablizing noob here, back at it again with the dumb questions!
Got myself some good magnet wire, and I think I know what kinda stuff I should and shouldn't use it for (I mean, stuff like "don't use it for voltage and ground" is obvious), but I wanna hear from the experts how you guys make use of it.

Any kind of signal, like wiring buttons to gc+, controllers to the wii, etc. You can also run video and audio, but you'll need to twist two wires very tightly and wire one of them to ground to make sure you don't have interference issues

I think it's in the trimming guide too but if it's enameled magnet wire you have to burn it off on the ends before you can use it.

I personally have also been using it for keeping cable together because it's really Tiny so you can make small knots
