Question Looking to Commission Someone to Mod My New Nintendo 3DS

I'm looking for someone who is familiar enough with the New Nintendo 3DS (not XL) to install a Bluetooth Transmitter ala the posted thread/guide down below and swap the existing charger port with a USB C port. Preferably someone who's US based for easier shipping of my 3DS, hoping to keep the budget within $200 USD for parts and labor, but willing to stretch within reason. If you happen to have a better idea on how to add the mods I'm looking for (i.e: without cutting into the system), I'm all ears.
