i need help with protection board can I use this protection board with these lipos 3.7 v 4000mah each cell. Or can someone point me out to one that works and charger thanks.

Also the one I linked what voltage needed to charge batteries

That PCB will work. As for the charger, for 2S you need an 8.4v smart charger.
