Hi all so I made a theme for RVLoader 2.1 (it would probably break in future updates of RVLoader tho so don't use it if it ever gets updated).
There are two versions of the theme, one with custom cursor navigation and another with just regular snapping, just like the default. Cursor navigation supports the Wiimote too

I used a Wind Waker font that I slimmed down as well as a Gamecube font.
For the cursor scrolling I tried making it as smooth as possible-- implementing frame independent lerping. It seemed to have no effect to the choppiness so I removed it. If anyone has any suggestions or edits feel free to add them
I also tried adding a custom border for cover selection instead of just changing the colors but I was not able to get it working correctly. I have left the borders I made inside the assets folder of the cursor version if anyone would like to try. The empty space in the middle should be the same resolution as the cover images.
Controls:
-Stick or D-pad to move cursor
-L and R for up and down scrolling
-Z to activate auto slow scroll (infinitely bouncing up and down)
Everything else is the same. Let me know what y'all think!

Drag and drop rvloader folder to the root of the sd card and overwrite anything.
