Question Help with regulators

Long story short....
I got some regulators, but not the PTH8080s or anything.

I got 3 FGSR12SR6003NA
I am looking for some help with setting them up for the Wii voltages I can do this myself but I am rushed for time.
hopefully I can get them setup before Sunday as I have a trip across country and would like to have the portable finished by then.

Any help would be appreciated.
