Help with protection circuit module

I tried to use this with 2 18650s and my batteries wont charge past 7.01v and P- also isn't giving an output on my volt meter I don't know why this is happening and I am sure I have everything wired correctly

What voltage are you charging the batteries at? Also what are you using to charge them?

Im using an 8.4v charger that is meant to be used on the same batteries it is from an old video camera that used the same 7.4v batteries

I figured out the issue it was just the stupid plug that I was using
