Help plz. 3rd trim not showing video or posting?????

I trimmed 3 wii today. Sanded all of them the same. But only 2 will post out to tv. The 3rd is not. But cpu n gpu heats up. All pins 1v 1.15v 3v all showing power correctly. Using same voltage regs on all systems n same video out card. I also wired mode to 3v so yprpb will work

Before any other troubleshooting can happen, that trim needs to be cleaned with isopropyl alcohol and a soft bristled toothbrush. There's a heap of flux and other gunk sitting about that could be causing transient shorts
