Help is there any way to fix this or should I find a new board. I wanted to solder the little v and h signal pins for vga but really failed. It escalated and now a component even fell out. Its so small I gave up on doing any solder there. Also no composite video output. I now only want composite output for my portable but there is no output.
Thanks

You can still fix it those are 68ohm resistors, since you lifted a couple pads you need to use magnet wire to connect to the resistor.

So if I understood it correctly I have to use magnet wire from the pins of the big chip with v sync and h sync and all the other damaged ones to another 68ohm resistor And it should work? Sorry if I ask too much dumb stuff I am very new to this kind of stuff.

No you need 2- 68ohm resistors solder them back in their place and repair the broken vias.
