Discussion Has anyone trimmed a wii, but kept stock regs?

Has anybody here trimmed a wii so all that was left was stock regs and the neccesary components?
if they have, can you tell me the dimensions?

It doesn't work like that unfortunately. An untrimmed Wii is SUPER picky, and cutting anything off usually just kills it, unless you go the portablizemii + custom regs route. So it's either just the edge trim, or a full on OMGWTF trim, there isn't an in between.
