Question GC+ with 3DS sliders.

Is there any wiring diagrams available for wiring the 3DS sliders to gc+ main joystick and cstick?
They use ribbon cables so would i have to rewire somehow as well>?

Check the GameCube section of the guide hub. There's a good pinout there. Rather than solder to the ribbon cable, you can take a box cutter, saw along the WHITE part of the slider that covers those convenient test pads. Then you can use a fingernail to snap it off. It'll break the ribbon cable, but that doesn't matter because you won't need it.
