Question Gamecube Controller Ports

Hi everyone,
I'm currently shopping around for some old wiis, and I'm looking for a 4-layer board. I do want 2-4 player functionality via gamecube controller ports on the portable to be in the final build, and was wondering if there is a way I could add the ports to a 4-layer that didn't originally have them. (because I find it an easy way to spot them online)
Did some rudimentary searching in the forums for this topic but I couldn't find anything on it, so I apologize if this has already been answered.

Yep you can add ports to the wiis that didn't have them in your portable. Nintendo just left off the ports to save money and make those slightly cheaper, but the board and software is basically identical
