Ebay Modchip for wii

Hi guys, just wondering if anyone knows does this work with the gamecube and will it allow me to use it run the gamecube without disk-drive?

Never seen that before, but based on it's described features and the fact that it has no SD card slot, I'd say this is a drive chip to allow you to play burned games on your wii.
