I'm currently ordering parts for a G-boy build and having issues finding a copper plate that has the correct dimensions, all the ones I find are either too large or are circles. Does anybody know where I can find one?

You can either buy a sheet and cut it down with a dremel, or you can order from a service like OnlineMetals.

A hacksaw and some patience would also work if you don't have any suitable Dremel wheels to cut a copper sheet

should I be worried about the plate snapping?

A 1-2mm thick copper sheet will bend long before it snaps, and even that takes a fair bit of effort. I wouldn't be too worried
