Hello everyone reading this! So I recently switched all of my internals out of an old enclosure into a new one. Now that I've done so my system boots up just fine, but it does not load RVLoader.
I believe my D+ and D- lines are correct, and I'll explain why in a second. I'm getting 5v on my UP contact and 3.3v on the 3.3v contact on my PMS PD 3. (note) When switching enclosures, I did have to rewire mostly everything.
I have tested the contents of my SD Card on another console and everything seems to work.
Now onto the reason I believe my wiring is correct.
I backed up all of my files onto my pc and started playing around with RVLoader versions 1.6, 2.0 and 2.1.
When I origionally set up the console, I installed RVL 2.1 and when I boot it up with 2.1 loaded onto the card (formatted fat32)
I get the first image below.

When I load up 2.0 on the card I get the second Image below.

When I install 1.6 on the card I get the third and 4th photos below.

When I reinstall the origional Backup on the Card and turn it on. I get the same thing as the 4th photo.

With that being said, because the machine is reacting differently based off of the data on the SD Card, I believe that my wiring is correct. But I just can't seem to figure out a solution. I've rewired my D+ and D- 4 times with twisted magnet wire. I'm so confused.

Thankyou in advance.

I'm sorry, but I have no idea what you are trying to say here. I mean no offence, I'm genuinely confused.

So an update. I'm sorry It's taken so long to get back to this post. But I did solve the problem. It seems as though there was not enough ground. I added an extra ground going from the wii to the pms and ran the ground directly from the pd3 to the wii and the problem went away.
