Question Charging board questions

So I have a few questions about this charging board https://ebay.to/2LxIbZW.
I was wondering whether it only charges 2 18650 in series or can it charge something like 2s2p 18650 setup?
Also is there a way to make a Charging board similar or the same to this.

It can do unlimited batteries in parallel as long as they are connected in series. So like 2s3p, 2s4p, 2s5p, so on....

And if you really wanted to recreate the board, you could map out all the traces, take off all the components and measure their values. But that sounds like a lot of work when the board really isnt that expensive and only requires a couple wires to solder.

It might be easier to just custom design one yourself, but you need a lot of experience and knowledge to do that.

Either way, I would recommend buying this one first and using it. I have one and it works great.

Just make sure the cells you're running in parallel are as close in voltage as possible before wiring them in.
